To set up notifications for contract expiry, follow these steps:

Configure Contract Expiry Notifications:

Navigate to Setup → Settings → Cron Job → Contracts.

Here, you can set how many days before the contract's expiry date you would like to receive a notification.

Notification Visibility:

The notifications will only be visible to staff members who have the Manage Contracts permission or are Admins.

Notifications will not be shown to clients.

Contract Expiry Status:

When a contract expires, the corresponding row in the contract list will be highlighted with a red background for easy identification.

Email Notifications:

You can choose to receive contract expiry notifications via email. To do so, you must ensure the correct email template is set up in Setup → Email Templates.

The email template will notify you when a contract is approaching its expiry date.

Disabling Email Notifications:

If you do not wish to receive email notifications for contract expiration, you can disable the email template for contract expiry notifications in Setup → Email Templates.
