6.1. Create New Contract

To create a new contract for a customer, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Contracts:

    • Click on the Contracts link in the aside menu.

  2. Create New Contract:

    • On the left side, click on the New Contract button to begin creating a new contract.

  3. Set Contract Subject:

    • Enter the Contract Subject. Note that the subject will only be visible to the client, so ensure it is clear and relevant.

  4. File Upload (Optional):

    • If needed, you can upload a file to attach to the contract. This is an optional step.

    • Any file you upload will also be visible to the client, and they will have the ability to download the contract file from their client portal.

  5. Save Contract:

    • Once you've set the subject and optionally uploaded the file, save the contract.

This process ensures that contracts are easily created and shared with clients, with clear visibility of the subject and any attached files.
