To view and manage customer information in Nexved CRM:

Access Customer Data:

Navigate to the Customers section in the admin area.

Click on the Edit button next to the customer's name.

In the customer profile, you can access all relevant customer data including:

Customer Activity:

On the right side of the customer profile, you'll see a detailed view of all customer activity with your company.

Login as Client:

To view the customer’s profile as they see it, you can use the Login as Client option. This allows you to review their experience and ensure that their information is up to date.
