5.6. Customer Related Reports

Nexved CRM allows you to generate detailed customer-related reports to help you track and manage customer data efficiently.

1. Generate Customer Report from Reports Section:

  • Navigate to the Reports section.

  • Select the Customer report type.

  • Choose the time period for which you want to generate the report.

  • The system will generate a report containing data for all customers.

  • You can then search for the specific client you need to view the report for.

Note:

  • If you have invoices with different currencies, you’ll need to select the currency for the report.

  • By default, the report will display in the base currency set in Setup → Finance → Currencies.

2. Customer Report from Customer Profile:

  • To view a more detailed report for a specific customer, navigate to the Customer Profile.

  • Click on the Invoices tab to view all invoices related to that customer.

This way, you can generate customer-specific reports both globally and within individual customer profiles to track all relevant data in Nexved CRM.
