To assign a lead to a specific staff member in Nexved CRM, follow these steps:

Open the Lead: Navigate to the lead profile you want to assign.

Assign the Staff Member: In the lead details, simply select the staff member you want to assign the lead to from the dropdown menu.

Submit the Assignment: After selecting the staff member, submit the changes.
Once you assign the lead, the chosen staff member will receive a notification informing them that a lead has been assigned to them.
Permissions and Lead Visibility

Administrators have the ability to view all leads, regardless of who they are assigned to.

Non-administrative staff can only view leads that are assigned to them or leads that they have created.

If a staff member has created a lead, they can view it even if it is assigned to someone else.
