4.4 Using the Leads Kanban and List View

Nexved CRM provides two distinct ways to manage and view your leads: Kanban View and List View. Each offers a unique approach to organizing your leads, and you can switch between these views based on your preference or specific needs.

1. Kanban View

The Kanban View in Nexved CRM is a visually intuitive board that allows you to drag and drop leads between columns that represent different lead statuses. This makes it easy to track the progress of leads at a glance and quickly move them through the sales pipeline.

Features of the Kanban View:

  • Drag-and-Drop Functionality: You can simply drag a lead from one status column to another, reflecting the lead's current status (e.g., New, Contacted, In Progress, or Converted).

  • Color-Coded Status: Each status can be color-coded for quick identification, allowing you to easily spot leads that require attention.

  • View Customization:

    • You can adjust the number of leads displayed in each status column, keeping your Kanban board neat and easy to navigate.

    • Kanban can be tailored based on the number of leads per status to fit your preferences.

Customizing the Kanban View:

To ensure that the Kanban view works according to your preferences, you can adjust the following settings:

  1. Kanban Rows Limit per Status: To control how many leads are displayed in each status column on your Kanban board, go to:

    • Setup -> Settings -> Leads -> Limit Leads Kanban Rows per Status This setting ensures that each status column doesn't become overcrowded, making it easier to manage leads.

  2. Default Kanban Sorting: You can set how you want the leads to be sorted by default when you access the Kanban view. This could be based on priority, date, or other custom criteria. To adjust this setting, go to:

    • Setup -> Settings -> Leads -> Default Leads Kanban Sort This ensures that leads appear in the order that best suits your workflow when you open the Kanban view.

Benefits of the Kanban View:

  • Visual organization helps with quick lead tracking.

  • Drag-and-drop functionality simplifies updates to lead statuses.

  • Ideal for teams that manage leads visually and need to quickly move them through various stages.

2. List View

The List View provides a more traditional, tabular view of your leads. Each lead is presented as a row in a table, with columns representing lead details such as name, email, phone, source, status, and more. This is great for users who prefer a more detailed, text-based overview of their leads.

Features of the List View:

  • Comprehensive Data Display: You can view all the key information about each lead in one place, such as lead name, email, status, assigned staff member, and custom fields.

  • Filter and Search: You can easily filter leads by various criteria (status, source, assigned staff, etc.) and search for specific leads based on keywords.

  • Bulk Actions: The list view allows for bulk actions, such as marking leads as converted, changing their status, or deleting them, all from within the list.

Benefits of the List View:

  • Ideal for detailed, data-driven lead management.

  • Allows quick search and filter options to focus on specific leads.

  • Supports bulk actions to quickly process multiple leads at once.

  • Provides a clear, concise overview of all lead data in one table.

Switching Between Views:

In Nexved CRM, you can easily switch between the Kanban View and the List View, depending on your preferences or the task at hand. Simply select your preferred view from the lead management page, and the system will adjust accordingly.

  • Kanban View is great for visually tracking leads as they move through various stages of your pipeline.

  • List View is perfect for users who need to manage leads in a more detailed, data-driven manner.

Combining Kanban and List View:

You can use both views together depending on your workflow. For instance:

  • Use Kanban View to move leads through stages in a visual manner and to focus on leads at specific stages.

  • Switch to List View when you need to conduct detailed analysis, filter specific types of leads, or apply bulk actions to multiple leads at once.

By offering both views, Nexved CRM allows you to tailor your lead management process to fit your team’s needs, whether you prefer a visual, interactive approach or a more detailed, organized list format.
