4.6. Lead Activity Log

To track the activity of a lead in Nexved CRM, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Lead: Navigate to the lead profile that you want to track the activity for.

  2. View the Activity Log: In the lead modal, click on the Activity Log tab.

The Activity Log will display all important actions and updates related to that lead.

When Will Activity Be Logged for a Lead?

The system will automatically log activities in the following scenarios:

  • Lead Creation: When a lead is created, it will be logged.

  • Contacted Today: If you make a note and select "Contacted Today," an activity will be logged with the date and time when you contacted the lead.

  • Attachment Added: When an attachment is added to the lead profile.

  • Attachment Deleted: When an attachment is removed from the lead profile.

  • Lead Assigned to Staff Member: When the lead is assigned to a staff member, the activity will be recorded.

  • Lead Status Changed: When the lead's status is changed, either by dragging and dropping in the Kanban view or manually from the lead modal.

  • Lead Marked/Unmarked as Lost: When a lead is marked or unmarked as lost.

  • Lead Marked/Unmarked as Junk: When a lead is marked or unmarked as junk.

This activity log helps keep track of all important actions taken on the lead, ensuring transparency and easy reference for the team.
