7.11. Payment Modes

To add a new payment mode, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Payment Modes:

    • Go to SetupFinancePayment Modes.

  2. Add New Payment Mode:

    • Click on the New Payment Mode button to create a new offline payment method.

Payment modes are used when recording invoice payments in the system. These are offline payment methods, such as cash, bank transfer, checks, etc.

Note:

  • For online payment modes, you can configure them separately by navigating to SetupSettingsPayment Gateways. Online payment methods enable your customers to make payments directly through integrated payment systems.
