7.3. Sending Proposal to Customer or Lead

Follow these steps:

  1. Create Proposal:

    • Ensure that the proposal is already created and ready to be sent.

  2. Send Proposal via Email:

    • Click on the Mail icon located on the right side of the proposal.

    • A popup will appear showing the preview of the email template.

  3. Include Proposal Link:

    • Inside the email template, you can include the proposal link. This allows your customer or lead to view the proposal directly, without needing to log in to the system.

    • This feature is especially useful for leads who may not have a CRM account.

  4. Customer Actions:

    • After the proposal is sent, the lead/customer will be able to view the proposal and take actions such as:

      • Accepting the proposal

      • Declining the proposal

      • Making comments on the proposal

  5. Notifications:

    • Once the lead/customer takes an action (accepts, declines, or comments), both the creator of the proposal and the assigned sales agent will receive a notification in the CRM and via email regarding the changes.

This seamless process ensures that both the sales team and customers are always updated on the status of proposals in real time.
